Company-wide AI transformation

Become an AI‑Native Business

Ryzeware looks at everything your company has going on, then builds the internal systems and AI that let your team handle more work, securely. Tested before launch, maintained after, with one named delivery lead from start to finish.

01  The Problem

Growth Shouldn’t Mean More Spreadsheets and More Hires

As the business grows, the work multiplies faster than your systems. Clients send information by email. Status lives in spreadsheets. The same data gets typed into three tools. You hire to keep up, and sensitive client information ends up in places it shouldn’t be.

Off-the-shelf software covers part of the job. The rest runs on people filling the gaps.

Example: one client's status recorded three different ways in an email, a tracker sheet, and a billing tool

02  Our Approach

We Start with the Whole Company

We don’t bolt a chatbot onto one corner of your business. We review how the whole company runs, including operations, tools, data, and security, and find where the right systems and AI will save the most time and remove the most risk. Then we build them.

  1. 1
Data Client Status Kept in Three Places Time Risk
  2. 2
Operations Client Intake Retyped from Email into Two Tools Time Risk
  3. 3
Security Sensitive Documents Shared as Email Attachments Time Risk
  4. 4
Tools Billing Not Connected to the Client Record Time Risk
  5. Ranked into the Blueprint’s Plan
Example: four review findings across data, operations, security, and tools, plotted by time saved and risk removed, then ranked into a plan

04  Assurance

Know What You Can Rely On

Before anything goes live, we agree on what “working” means and test the system against real examples from your business. After launch, we keep checking: monitoring, retesting after changes, fixing what breaks, and an agreed level of human review.

You see the evidence, the limits, and where a person stays in charge.

Acceptance Run 4 Pass  ·  1 to a Person
  1. 01 Typical

  2. 02 Missing Info

  4. 04 Should Refuse

Request to Share Another Client’s File

  5. 05 Judgment

Fee Change above the Agreed Limit

  2. Retesting after Changes
  3. Fixes
  4. Human Review
Example: an acceptance run of five agreed examples, including missing information, an edge case, a request the system should refuse, and a decision left to a person, followed by monitoring, retesting, fixes, and human review after launch

05  Relationship

One Delivery Lead, Start to Finish

No account managers. No handoffs between sales and delivery. You get a named delivery lead who learns your business, runs your project, and stays your direct contact from the blueprint through maintenance.

  • Your Call Who approves fee changes above the limit?
Example: a written weekly update from the delivery lead, with what shipped, what is next, one decision for the client, and a recorded walkthrough

06  Your Tools

Built Around Your Business

We keep the tools that work, connect the ones that should talk to each other, and build what’s missing. Every system is designed around how your company actually operates.

Keep Tools That Work 2
  • Google Workspace Mail and Files Stay Where They Are
  • Gusto Payroll Stays with Its Provider
Connect Tools That Should Talk 2
  • QuickBooks Invoices Linked to the Client Record Client Record
  • HubSpot New Clients Flow into Intake Intake
Build What’s Missing 1
  • Status Spreadsheets Internal Tool One Place for Client Status
Example: a tool plan sorting Google Workspace and Gusto into keep, QuickBooks and HubSpot into connect, and status spreadsheets into build, replaced by an internal tool

07  Process

How It Works

Approach
  1. 01

    Tell Us about Your Business

What you do, where work gets stuck, and what you want to handle better.

  2. 02

Get Your Blueprint in 14 Days

Your team shows us how the work really gets done through short recorded tasks, and we deliver a prioritized plan, a security review, the design of your first system, and a fixed quote to build it.

  3. 03

    Watch It Come Together

Written updates, recorded walkthroughs, and working previews as we build.

  4. 04

    Launch and Keep Improving

We test the system against the agreed examples, hand it over, and maintain it with monitoring, fixes, and human review, then move to the next priority in your plan.

Stage one is an introduction to your business. The blueprint takes 14 days, costs $5,000, and is credited in full toward the build within 90 days. The build follows with written updates, recorded walkthroughs, and working previews. Launch is followed by ongoing maintenance.
